Training Fees


CASUAL/DROP-IN $25 (by prior arrangement only)


Unlimited sessions (via direct debit): $190/month = $47.50 per week

Unlimited sessions (month to month): $200/month = $50 per week

10 Visit Pass (3 month expiry) $200

2 x per week (via direct debit): $140/month = $35 per week

2 x per week (month to month): $150/month = $37.50 per week

2 x per week memberships are designed for anyone that is already playing sport or has existing training commitments – if you are looking to supplement your existing training, and only have time for two sessions a week. If CrossFit is your only form of exercise then it is recommended that you do it at least 3-4 times per week for maximum results.


2 x per week extra session: $10

Full-time Student / Under 18′s – 20% off


START UP PACKAGE (new members only)

$195 (1 person) or $350 (2 people*) which includes a private one hour “fundamentals” session plus a 10 session pack which can be used for up to one month after your fundamentals session.

* Start Up Package for 2 people includes a private one hour “fundamentals” session together plus a 10 session pack each.

All prices include GST.
All fees are prepaid.

Memberships are for a minimum of one month.

Memberships are not refundable, redeemable or transferrable.

We accept payment via CASH, EFTPOS or CREDIT CARD.

For memberships we DIRECT DEBIT the payments either weekly, fortnightly or monthly.
An $11.90 dishonour fee will be charged for all direct debit payment failures and the payment will be rescheduled 3 days later.
To make a change or cancel your membership, you must give notice by email to at least 14 working days prior to the following billing period.
Memberships can be placed on hold if you are away for an extended period eg work or holidays.
