We provide a core strength and conditioning program called CrossFit, which is used by many police academies and tactical operations teams, military special operations units, champion martial artists, and hundreds of other elite and professional athletes worldwide.
The program delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. This means that we develop all types of fitness without focusing on one particular aspect. The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for ANY committed individual regardless of experience. We’ve used our same routines for everyone from elderly individuals with heart disease to professional cage fighters. We scale load and intensity, we don’t change programs. The methodology is simple: constantly varied, high intensity workouts, designed to give you maximum results in shorter time duration. The objective is to build the broadest fitness possible. It incorporates cardio, gymnastics and weightlifting to develop athletes who are among the fittest on the planet.
Our program is based on functional, ‘natural’ movements, preparing your body for everyday life.
What Is Fitness?
The term “fitness” is rarely defined in most exercise programs. We see fitness as the ability to perform well at any and every task imaginable, to prepare you not only from the unknown but for the unknowable. Everyone has physical demands placed upon them everyday from work, stress and busy lifestyles. The ability to overcome these demands is fitness. Our program aims to optimise performance in these daily tasks and then take you beyond these tasks to the point where daily activities are a breeze and the only daily challenge you have is the Workout of the Day (WOD).
