Our Conditioning Class is a class that focuses more on cardio, conditioning & core and less on the use of complex movements and barbells. The class is designed to provide a total body workout through the use of aerobic, anaerobic, and body weight strength exercises. The conditioning class can be used to supplement traditional CrossFit workouts or be your primary workout. When done consistently, the class will improve your fat loss, endurance, core strength and muscle tone.
Suitable for all fitness levels, beginners welcome.
Also suitable for people with injuries as there is no weightlifting involved, just bodyweight exercises.
30 min classes are every Wednesday at 5pm, Friday at 6:30pm & Saturday at 9:30am.
A great way to exercise if you have limited time, you can be in and out in just 30 min!
The cost is $15/class or $120 for a 10 session pack (3 month expiry).
